I tried tirelessly -for an 8 hour workday to post a source code job to freelancing website.
I am looking for a programmer to either find a program that exists or to build it themselves for the money I have- just starting out.
I am a very ambitious "fast company" designer.
After the eighth or ninth freelancing website post, I get this:

When I went back to find out what -in a 15 line job posting- was "illegal", all the links given to me in this email had no back-track of my ID. They're just homegenized links on Freelancer.com Furthermore I cannot refer to what I posted because they simply deleted it.
I have written there customer support but am still waiting?
One thing you should definitely look for in a online service is a forum, in hind-sight. And at that, you should be able to inspect their forum to see if it is healthy and engaged.
Freelancer.com, while touting acquisition after acquisition, has no real human element. No forum.
When I got a chat assistant when first applying- the representatives browser "hung" for 15 minutes.
